This product is designed to ease installation of your stock Evo 9 Turbo onto your Lancer Evolution VIII and can be had in either OEM pipe which fits the stock IC pipe locations or the Polished SS Race pipe style which is compatible with popular aftermarket FMIC kits such as Buschur and others. The kit comes with the following items:
Evo 9 Compressor Outlet Pipe (Race pipe or OEM pipe)
Evo 9 Water Lines
Copper Crush washers for oil and water lines
Oil Drain tube gasket
Turbine Housing Inlet gasket
Turbine Housing Outlet gasket
Compressor Housing to Outlet Pipe gasket
If you are running an FP GREEN™ or FP RED™ for the Mitsubishi Evolution, you will need to run the longer oil supply line that feeds from the oil filter housing. For purchase of the Evo 8 Install kit with the longer oil supply line, please see this product page:
If you are purchasing an FP BLACK™ for a Mitsubishi Evolution to fit onto an Evolution VIII, this is the install kit you will need to purchase. This kit does not include an oil supply line, so you won't end up with a spare since the FP BLACK™ for Mitsubishi Evolution comes with our FP Evo Oil Filter Line Kit.
