Our FPRace Manifold is made in D5S Ni-Resist Turbine housing material, not inferior generic cast iron. This manifold is a direct replacement for 90-99 DSM Eclipse, Talon and Laser applications. This does not require any modifications to exhaust for installation. The factory water and oil lines will still line up correctly when using this manifold.

    Installed this over a heavily ported 2g manifold attached to a stock block 2g and a FP3052. Noticed a few hundred RPM difference in roll-in initial spoolup. Turbo seems to spool near instantly when starting from around 4k rpm. A noticeable improvement over my 2g manifold. Noticed also a change in the exhaust pitch with the install of this manifold. Sounds like the exhaust stream just got uncorked a little more. Sounds more like a GT42R car with a 4" exhaust. My only gripe about this manifold is that it's no longer available as a coated part from FP. Hence one star off from the rating. Compliments the FP turbine housing perfectly and gives plenty more room above the O2 housing area. You won't find a better cast mitsu flanged manifold for the money. Great collector design and has port sizes big enough to accommodate most heavily ported heads with no additional shaping needed.

    This manifold is great, only way I'd like it better is if it came in t3 or t4 form! Picked it up on sale and never looked back.
