Turbo Upgrades

Forced Performance is again offering a few upgrades for our customers. Please view the following information and instructions for sending in your existing turbocharger to be upgraded.

All rebuilds and upgrades need to be sent in with the top portion of the following document filled out:

PLEASE NOTE!!!! We do not advise shipping your turbo via US Postal! Please use UPS or FedEx for shipping your turbochargers to us. Forced Performance is not responsible for any damage caused from shipping to our location.

Current upgrades we offer are listed below along with descriptions and pricing:

There will be a $47.50 charge for every broken stud or thread that needs to be repaired. All threads and studs need to be in good condition in order for the machine work to be done properly so please try and minimize any damage when removing your turbo.

Please check your EVO 9 turbine housing for a crack in the divider wall before sending it in. We are seeing more and more housings show up with this crack, and unfortunately, we cannot upgrade a housing that has one as a piece of the divider may crack off and damage your new FP turbine wheel. If your housing has this crack, new casting are available for purchase for $295.00

Send in your stock Evo X turbocharger to be upgraded to our FP RED™ for the Mitsubishi Evolution X. Upgrade cost is $899.00 and includes a complete rebuild, machining and balance to meet our requirements for the FP RED™ turbocharger. Porting is also available for this turbocharger, please indicate on your rebuild form if you would like to have your turbine housing ported during the upgrade.

Send in your stock Evo IX turbocharger to be upgraded to our FP RED™ for the Mitsubishi Evolution IX. Upgrade cost is $999.00 and includes a complete rebuild, machining and balance to meet our requirements for the FP RED™ turbocharger. Porting is also available for this turbocharger, please indicate on your rebuild form if you would like to have your turbine housing ported during the upgrade.

You may now also choose to change your stock compressor cover out for the New 80mm inlet FAP cover during your rebuild and upgrade to the EVO Red turbocharger for an additional $150.

Send in your stock Evo IX turbocharger to be upgraded to our FP GREEN 73HTA™ for the Mitsubishi Evolution IX. Upgrade cost is $869.00 and includes a complete rebuild, machining and balance to meet our requirements for the FP GREEN 73HTA™ turbocharger. Porting is also available for this turbocharger, please indicate on your rebuild form if you would like to have your turbine housing ported during the upgrade.

Send in your stock Evo IX turbocharger to be upgraded to our FP WHITE™ for the Mitsubishi Evolution IX. Upgrade cost is $695.00 and includes a complete rebuild, machining and balance to meet our requirements for the FP WHITE™ turbocharger. Porting is also available for this turbocharger, please indicate on your rebuild form if you would like to have your turbine housing ported during the upgrade.

Send in your Garrett GT35R turbocharger to be upgraded to our FP HTA™ GT3586R turbocharger. Upgrade cost is $600.00 and includes an HTA™ Compressor Cover, HTA™ Compressor Wheel and balance to meet our requirements for the FP HTA™ GT3586R turbocharger. We only upgrade the compressor side, so to save on shipment weight, you would be allowed to ship only the CHRA and compressor cover to us. However if you do ship with an exposed turbine wheel please take very special care to protect the turbine wheel. A piece of thick cardboard tube to cover the turbine wheel is an excellent way to protect the wheel.

Send in your Garrett GT35R turbocharger to be upgraded to our FP HTA™ GT3582R turbocharger. Upgrade cost is $600.00 and includes an HTA™ Compressor Cover, HTA™ Compressor Wheel and balance to meet our requirements for the FP HTA™ GT3582R turbocharger. We only upgrade the compressor side, so to save on shipment weight, you would be allowed to ship only the CHRA and compressor cover to us. However if you do ship with an exposed turbine wheel please take very special care to protect the turbine wheel. A piece of thick cardboard tube to cover the turbine wheel is an excellent way to protect the wheel.

Send in your Garrett GT30R turbocharger to be upgraded to our FP HTA™ GT3076R turbocharger. Upgrade cost is $600.00 and includes an HTA™ Compressor Cover, HTA™ Compressor Wheel and balance to meet our requirements for the FP HTA™ GT3076R turbocharger. We only upgrade the compressor side, so to save on shipment weight, you would be allowed to ship only the CHRA and compressor cover to us. However if you do ship with an exposed turbine wheel please take very special care to protect the turbine wheel. A piece of thick cardboard tube to cover the turbine wheel is an excellent way to protect the wheel.
